Project Mercy, Inc

Handwoven Baskets

These unique, traditional Ethiopian baskets are made by young women in Yetebon who have been trained in basket making. Dyed grasses are used to hand-weave the brightly colored baskets which are then sold in Ethiopia and in the U.S.

All of the proceeds go to support the Women’s Skills Training ministry of Project Mercy in Ethiopia. This program allows adults to learn a skill that they can use to provide an income for their family.

Baskets are priced according to size.
